Logo Icon: how to add one to the browser window -- Mary Gillen's Learn One Thing email newsletter

See the little apple icon to the left of the http://marygillen.com URL in this screenshot? It's called an icon file. How do you do that?

1) Create a small icon file, approximately 22 px. wide x 22 px. high.
2) Save it as a PNG file.
3) Upload the PNG file to your server.
4) Add the following code in the <head> container of the HTML code of your home page (or any site page) where you want the icon to appear.

5) Upload the HTML page to your server, and refresh your Home Page in the browser window to see the new icon.
